Is the AI really better than a human sales manager?

No, and we don't claim that. A great VP of Sales who listens to every call is still better than us. The problem is that VP doesn't exist on most teams — managers listen to maybe 5% of calls. We score the other 95% so your manager can spend their hour where it counts.

How long until reps actually start improving?

Most reps see their scorecard move within two weeks. The drills layer is what makes the difference — by week three, the objection that killed Monday's demo isn't a problem anymore because they've already practiced the comeback four times.

Do we need to switch off Gong or Chorus to try this?

What about data privacy and call recording laws?

We're SOC 2 Type II audited (report available on the Scale plan). Calls are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We never train our models on your data — your calls are yours.

For US two-party consent states (California, Florida, Washington, etc.), we provide a compliant recording disclosure template you can paste into your dialer's intro.

What languages does the AI handle?

Transcription works in 23 languages. The scoring and coaching layer is currently best-in-class for English, Spanish, and Portuguese. French, German, and Hindi launched this quarter and are at ~85% of English quality.

What integrations do you support?

Out of the box: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Aircall, RingCentral, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Apollo, Outreach, and Salesloft. Webhooks and a public REST API are available on Team and above. Most teams are running inside an afternoon.
